Setup is a one-time engagement — we build your CRM completely from scratch (or rebuild your existing one). It’s typically completed in 1-2 weeks. Management is ongoing — monthly optimization, automation tweaks, integration management, and team support. Many clients start with Setup and then add Management to keep the system optimized as their business grows.
How long does setup take? +
Most setups take 7-14 days from kickoff to handoff. Complex setups with many integrations or large teams can take up to 3 weeks. After our initial consultation, we’ll give you a clear timeline based on your specific needs.
Will I lose my existing data during setup? +
No. We follow a careful, staged process: backup everything before any changes, test new configurations alongside existing ones, validate data after each step, and only deploy changes once you’ve reviewed them. Your contacts, conversations, and historical data stay fully intact.
What’s included in a typical Setup? +
A complete setup includes: account audit and cleanup, custom pipelines for your business model, smart lists for segmentation, action plans (drip sequences) for each lead stage, integration setup with your lead sources and tools, lead routing rules, custom fields for your specific workflows, team setup with roles and permissions, automation rules, and team training. For Setup projects: 50% upfront to start work, 50% on completion. For Management: monthly billing, no long-term contracts — cancel anytime. We accept credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers for larger engagements.
